Shipping & Returns

To purchase Froosh body treats, use our website to find the product(s) you would like to buy. When you find a product you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button. Once you add a product to your cart, you will notice the number of Products in Cart change. Your selections will be stored in the shopping cart until you checkout. When all desired items have been added to the Cart, you are ready to checkout. Your products will be shipped to you via Canada Post by 2 business days or greater when your order is processed.

Your shipping price is automatically calculated by Froosh' shopping cart software, based on the weight of your order, and your shipping address. For free shipping your total spent must exceed $125 before taxes. You will be notified of the shipping price before submitting your order, and you may adjust your order accordingly before finalizing.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please return the item with a note detailing the reason for return. Please make sure this includes your order number which you will find on your emailed order confirmation from Froosh.

We will notify you via e-mail that we have processed your return. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please return the item unopened to us at the same address within seven working days of the day after the date of delivery to you. Please include a note detailing the reason for return as "contract cancellation'. Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of theis order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
